Prices

Rates for written translation start at €0.10 per word, counted in the source text.

Interpreting and assistance services are charges at €40 per hour.

For assistance services, I will give you a detailed breakdown of how the time being charged has been used.

A minimum charge of €20 applies to all services.

Travel expenses

I will not charge for travelling to assist you within a radius of 15km of Mayenne town centre.

Further afield, I will charge a contribution towards travel expenses (the price quoted is for the return journey).

Over 15km but less than 30km from Mayenne town centre, the charge will be €10.

Over 30km but less than 45km from Mayenne town centre, the charge will be €15.

Over 45km but less than 60km from Mayenne town centre, the charge will be €20.

Over 60km but less than 75km from Mayenne town centre, the charge will be €25.

Over 75km from Mayenne town centre, please contact me for a specific quotation.

I accept payment by bank transfer, cheque in euros drawn on a French bank, or in cash. 

I  will not charge for producing quotations, for initial discussions concerning your project or for resolving simple questions which I can answer instantly. 

VAT is not applicable to the above prices (article 293 B of the French General Tax Code).
